Since Lorraine had aged up, Bret and Kristine had been trying to have another baby. Kristine wanted at least two more kids and now was as good as time as any for that to happen. Or so they thought. Kristine still wasn't pregnant and she was starting to think that she wouldn't have any more kids.
Bret decided to have a chat with her. They decided that whatever happens, happens. They were going to stop stressing about things and go with the flow. It was time to stop trying, and time to start focusing on what really matters in life- each other and Lorraine.
When the two were done with their spur-of-the-moment-bedroom activity, Kristine went to tend to her garden and ended the night with some stargazing with her daughter.
Perhaps in due time.. sometimes when you don't stress things, they just happen <3
